Cheap and cheerful restaurant chain
At first glance this looks like a typical family restaurant: Overly lit? Check. Drinks station? Check. But then you see the prices. This place is cheap. Bowl of corn soup – Y149. Hamburger and stir-fried beef – Y600. But the best of all, wine for Y100 a glass. It wasn’t bad either. Good enough, in fact, to go back for a carafe. Service was plastic-smiley but efficient. There were even “take as much as you like” olive oil.
The downside? School kids. Lots of them – turning the place into another after school club of sorts.
